This evening, a Libyan plane arrived at Latakia International Airport from Benghazi carrying a batch of medical aid, carrying 25 tons of medical materials and equipment to help those affected by the earthquake.
In a statement to SANA reporter, Ziyad al-Taweel, director of Lattakia airport, said: The Libyan plane carries medical equipment and materials on board, including intensive care beds, sponge mattresses, electric chairs, children's chairs, crutches, medical chairs, two intensive care devices, in addition to various medical medicines.
