The Syrian Social Nationalist Party in Lebanon saluted the heroic stand of our people in the occupied Syrian Golan, and their uprising in rejection of the Israeli occupation's decision to annex their land to its entity.
Dean of Media in the party, Maan Hamiyah, said in a statement on the occasion of the forty-first anniversary of the uprising of our people in the occupied Syrian Golan, rejecting the annexation decision: “Despite the passage of 56 years since the occupation of our Syrian Golan, and 41 years since the fateful annexation decision, our people in the occupied Golan, They confront the occupation by affirming their national affiliation, and saluting our steadfast people in the Golan
Those who embody the act of heroism through their adherence to their Syrian identity and their rejection of all attempts of enticement and intimidation practiced by the Zionist occupation.
Hamiyah praised the brave people of the Golan for confronting the crimes of the occupation, from the Judaization operations to the attempts of the occupier to impose its “laws and methods” on the Syrians of the Golan who adhere to their land.
Hamiyah pointed out that the stand of our people in the occupied Golan towards our people affected by the earthquake in Syria constitutes a firm affirmation of the unity of life among the Syrian citizens, stressing that the occupied Golan is Syrian in identity and belonging, and no force in the world, no matter how arrogant and aggressive, will be able to subjugate the will of the people. He made steadfastness and resistance the only option to liberate his occupied land and establish his right to sovereignty and dignity.
