Today, the Directorate of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection in Lattakia organized 32 catering controls in two bakeries and other commercial events, as part of its work to follow up and prosecute merchants who took advantage of the current conditions to raise prices.
The Director of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection in Lattakia, Ahmed Zaher, explained in a statement to SANA reporter that a violation of the lack of weight in the bread bundles sold to citizens was organized against Al-Amarah Bakery and fined him an amount of 2,400,000 Syrian pounds, in addition to the Workers Union Bakery in Al-Baseet for violating the production of poorly made bread. and a fine of 3,600,000 pounds.
And Zaher indicated that 30 ration officers were organized by violating the advertisement at an increased price, not announcing prices, and not possessing invoices for shops in Lattakia, Qardaha, Jableh and its countryside, Al-Haffa, and Satamu, and most of them were closed.
