Two men and a woman (the companion of one of them) were indicted and imprisoned in the investigation into the murder in Aveyron of a sexagenarian, whose body was cut into pieces and cremated after death , we learned Friday, February 10 from concordant sources.
The disappearance of this 60-year-old man, who lived on the spot according to witnesses, in a house under renovation in the middle of a wood, between the Aveyron towns of Brasc and Coupiac, about sixty kilometers from Rodez, had been reported on February 5 by his ex-girlfriend, said Montpellier prosecutor Fabrice Belargent in a press release.
Three different versions of the facts
Three days later, several members of his family had received text messages sent from his mobile phone but without the style of the messages corresponding to that of the missing man, the magistrate further specified.
On the same day, February 8, the vehicle of the disappeared had been located in Camarès, about forty kilometers from his village, and two people seen using the vehicle of the disappeared were identified and placed in police custody, added the prosecutor. .
At their home, investigators found several items belonging to the missing person.

According to sources close to the investigation, the body of the victim was also cut up after the murder and different parts were found in Brasc and Coupiac, but also in the town of Camarès.
The three defendants were indicted on February 11 on the counts of arrest, kidnapping, forcible confinement followed by death on the one hand and concealment of the body of a person victim of homicide or violence having led to the death of elsewhere, according to Fabrice Belargent.
