Her request to introduce a nationwide speed limit received less attention - because some drivers took action and simply tore some of the climate stickers off the road.
Photographers recorded the events in pictures and videos.
The stuck people were released from the asphalt shortly afterwards by the approaching Hamburg police.
After a good hour the road was free again.

The police said the people, aged 28, 40 and 53, stuck their hands on Schiffbrücke street.
Two other activists, aged 34 and 38, were prevented by the officers from also taping themselves.

Since Friday, five climate activists have had to find out in front of the district court in Frankfurt that the disruptive actions are not without consequences.
After a spectacular abseiling action on Autobahn 5, they have been on trial since Friday.

The indictment charges the three women and two men with coercion in a particularly serious case.
