"We don't control the children anymore, and of course the state is also to blame - there is no education, no community center, nothing for the youth to pass the time and the children are bored," he added. "There is violence in schools and nothing is being done about it.
A week ago, the principal of a school in Lod was shot - no one came: not the head of the town, the police did not come to the scene, they did not check what happened to him, they did not arrest anyone.
