Incarnation of the government bill, the Minister of Labor has been the preferred target of opposition for several weeks.

Under the spotlight.

Marked by the proliferation of mobilizations against pensions, the arrival of the bill in the Assembly and extremely tense parliamentary debates, these last few weeks have brought to light as never before the Minister of Labor Olivier Dussopt.

Government incarnation of the reform on the benches of the Hemicycle since the end of January, the member of the government is the privileged target of the political oppositions, the unions, as well as their troops in the demonstrations and on the social networks.

This is why, according to information from RTL and BFMTV confirmed by AFP, the minister's police security has been reinforced.

His protection has therefore increased from one to three agents, who remain constantly with the Minister.

Including when the member of the executive does not carry out his governmental missions.

It is an understatement to say that the pressure on the minister's shoulders has increased a notch in recent days.

In early February, Olivier Dussopt confirmed that he was under investigation by the PNF for "favoritism" in a public contract case concluded in the late 2000s.

A week ago, the former PS deputy had seen his head in the effigy of a soccer ball under the foot of LFI deputy Thomas Portes, who did not want to apologize.

The Twitter post had finally pushed the National Assembly to exclude the rebellious elected official for two weeks.

Finally, a few days ago, the minister was called an

"assassin"

by LFI deputy Aurélien Saintoul.

Dropped by most of the Nupes parliamentarians, he apologized to Olivier Dussopt.

The Minister had
