Have you already eaten winter soup?

If you're an average Israeli family, you've probably already had too many chowder dishes.

But just before the season ends, you may still have room for a little more -

Michal Ansky and her mother, author of the beloved cookbook, Sherry Ansky, have been working on a special project together with Yango Delli for the past year with the aim of sending you home the most iconic Jerusalem chowder in the country.

"For years, my mother's broth has been a household name in Israeli cuisine," says Michal Ansky, who heads the project and explains what is behind it: "People keep asking us about it, pointing out how difficult it is to achieve the exact taste the recipe aims for. So, after so much anticipation To receive the tasting with the handprint of a mother, we were able to arrive at a product that enables the full experience."

The recipe for the famous ham can be found in Sherry Ansky's best-selling book Hamin, which details countless other versions of the dish that almost every Israeli family prepares.

Each in a slightly different version at home, depending on the available raw materials and the traditional flavors used in it.

The hamin, around which the project was created, consists of cuts of Ontrib meat, beans, rice in a bag, potatoes, Hamindos eggs, traditional chukka, and of course Anski's famous bread meatballs (NIS 289 for 4 to 6 diners, NIS 349 for 6-9

diners) .

The dish arrives at home in a traditional and beautiful pot, suitable for reheating and reuse.

You can put it in the home oven without adding anything - just wait for the aromas to fill the house and enjoy a comforting bite.

Ansky worked for many months together with her daughter Michal Ansky and food-tech people in a food laboratory, with the aim of converting the dish full of emotion and flavors into a product suitable for delivery.

Now, as of February 16, it is already possible to order her chowder through the Yango Deli app from Wednesday to Saturday.

Neta Dushnik, marketing director of Yango Deli: "We have been working on this development for quite a number of months. We have done everything to reach an accurate dosage that will allow everyone to feel as if they are staying at Anski Lachmin's house."
