The Supreme Court of Justice decided this Thursday to admit to the Judicial Council the Peronist senators Mariano Recalde, María Inés Pilatti de Vergara and the radical Eduardo Vischi, who were appointed by their respective blocs to represent the Upper House in the body that Select judge candidates.
On the other hand, he did not accept the request of Martín Doñate, also a Peronist, involved in a political and judicial controversy for his attempt to join the Council on behalf of the second minority in the Senate, when that same representation is claimed by Luis Juez from Córdoba on behalf of the PRO.
