The parties affirmed that as they declare their absolute solidarity with the Syrian Arab people, leadership and people, they strongly condemn and denounce all the arbitrary and aggressive measures taken by the United States and its allies against the Syrian Arab people, which constitute a heinous crime against the people of Syria and the right of all humanity, as thousands of Syrians die as a result of these criminal measures. international law and all human values.
The parties called on the United Nations and the international community to take quick and urgent measures to lift the sanctions, provide aid, and save the Syrian Arab people, which threatens their existence due to the lack of oil derivatives, medicines, and foodstuffs, as a result of the blockade, the earthquake disaster, and the cold wave accompanied by snowfall. It also called on the Arab countries to follow the example of other countries that She took the initiative to provide aid and assistance, overcoming all obstacles and obstacles, indicating her great confidence that the Arab brothers would rectify the matter and remedy all shortcomings, because the time has come to overcome the causes of strife and open a new page entitled extending a helping hand and helping Syria and the Syrians to overcome their great ordeal and overcome the effects of war and earthquake.
