“Chatbots”, “virtual assistants”… Behind these words hide digital tools, equipped with artificial intelligence (AI), which have become essential for the human resources sector.
During a recruitment process, they are used to sort CVs or to define the characteristics specific to a position.
Example: if an HR person wishes to find out about the salary to be allocated to a cabinet director,
"he can ask the AI to bring out salary trends for this profession",
explains Thomas Bourgeois, general manager of the Silae structure ( a payroll management tool).
It is a way to have a precise idea of the job market at a given moment.
“AI allows us to solve problems that traditional IT or that an employee could not solve”,
he adds.
Increasingly, these virtual agents take over other HR business tasks.
