Accordingly, Putin's secret service FSB instructed the BND agent through an intermediary to skim GPS data from the German authority that was as accurate as possible for the Himar multiple rocket launchers supplied by the USA and the Iris-T air defense system supplied by Berlin.

Attorney General Peter Frank is now investigating the two arrested people.
