According to the Transport Department, taxi owners and drivers can make reservations on the "ZizTrade" website or mobile application starting from tomorrow (18th). Steps to change electronic contact information:


1. In the selection of application category, click "Use Smart Convenience" (if applicable), and choose to change "Hong Kong mobile phone number or email address"


2. Use Smart Convenience to log in and follow the instructions to authorize Identity verification


3. In the selection of services to be notified, click "Driving license holder and/or registered vehicle owner [TD01] - Transport Department"


4. In the input of personal/company information, update your electronic contact information ( (i.e. Hong Kong mobile phone number/email address)


5. After confirmation and submission, the system will display "Receipt Confirmation Notification" and provide a reference number, your application has been submitted.


(2) Submit the completed TD559 form of the Transport Department in written form (it takes about 10 working days)


(3) Visit the Licensing Office of the Transport Department in person at the following address:
