A moment of emotion.
This Friday, February 17, was broadcast on France 3 the program "The secret box" carried by Faustine Bollaert.
The principle is simple: each guest discovers, one after the other, the surprises concocted by their loved ones.
And for this fifteenth edition, the host received the singer Jenifer, the actor Michel Boujenah and the singer Salvatore Adamo.
The interpreter of
You allow, Sir?
, who sees himself as someone
"sober and introverted"
, revealed a new facet of his personality following the projection of a very special video on the set of the show.
The 79-year-old is also the first guest to “open his box”.
It shows two kilos of chocolate which actually symbolizes his first award received at the age of 12.
His career, he readily acknowledges, owes it in part to his father who has always supported him.
In the same way, he ensures to encourage his children in their passion.
"My youngest son is a musician in London with my two little girls
," he says.
The presenter feigns surprise by asking him about the first names of the girls.
“Kisses grandpa, I love you”
Because, quickly, a video is launched.
“Hello grandpa.
For you the story started with your dad.
And me, it's also my dad who made me listen to your songs.
You've been singing them for a very, very long time and I love them very much.
Especially
Ho'oponopono
and
See you tomorrow on the moon
.
I'm proud to have a grandfather like you.
You really are a great grandpa, because you always play hide and seek with us in your house and you never hesitate to mess up your room to build huts.
I can't wait to see you again to dance with Aila when you play the piano and watch “The Voice” on TV with you and grandma.
Kisses grandpa, I love you”,
tenderly transmits the eldest of the girls, Lili.
This message imbued with sweetness particularly touches the singer of Sicilian origin.
And for good reason.
“It's the very first time I've had a message, precisely with Benjamin, my son, we thought we were keeping them out of the show.
But we don't see them...
Thank you Lili, thank you Benjamin for having allowed this”
, he corrects himself, his voice trembling and his hands crossed.
