Idlib-Sana
The Idlib governorate allowed the people of Talmenes, Maarshwein, Maarashamsha and Maarshamarin in the Maarat al-Numan area in the southern countryside of Idlib to return to their homes after completing their combing and removing the booby traps and explosive devices left by the terrorists.
The governor of Idlib, Thaer Salhab, stated in a statement to SANA reporter that the service authorities and institutions of the province, in parallel with the return of the people, will intensify their efforts during the coming period to rehabilitate the damaged infrastructure and service facilities in the aforementioned villages, whose infrastructure was stolen and vandalized by terrorists before they were defeated thanks to the heroics of the Syrian Arab Army.
The governor indicated that the rehabilitation works will include “electricity, water, roads, telephone networks, etc., and will be carried out gradually, according to the available capabilities and conditions, and in proportion to the numbers of citizens returning to their homes.”
It is noteworthy that the people of the city of Maarat al-Numan in the southern countryside of Idlib, liberated from terrorism, were allowed to return to their city at the end of last September.
