"Enough, the time has come for them to take Lod seriously, we came to Jerusalem to raise a cry - because the problem of Lod today will be the problem of Tel Aviv, Rishon Lezion, Tiberias and Be'er Sheva tomorrow," Rabivo said.

The purpose of the protest is to raise awareness of the personal security situation suffered by approximately 90,000 residents of Lod in front of the government ministers who are in their weekly meeting together with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
As a sign of solidarity with the tens of thousands of residents, the Lod City Hall remains closed this morning (Sunday) and service will not be provided in its offices.
