The news was confirmed by the São Paulo club that plays in Serie B. On their Twitter account, they published an image of the footballer announcing his death for
reasons that were not disclosed
.
"With great sadness and
dismay
, Ituano FC announces the death of athlete JIAN KAYO GOMES SOARES. His body was found lifeless at his home on Saturday night," they wrote from the institution.
And they added in this regard: "As soon as possible, after the release by the authorities and the Family, we will disclose more information."
The death of the young archer is under investigation.
