He is said to have attacked the manager of his refugee home with a knife.
Now Aminullah K. (25) is on trial for attempted murder.
He faces a long prison sentence.
Munich – This attack could have been deadly!
Aminullah K. (25) has had to answer to the district court since Friday: According to the indictment, he attacked the head of his refugee facility with a knife.
Now the Afghan is charged with attempted murder!
Rather unusual, because a psychiatric expert attested Aminullah K. mental problems on Friday.
But instead of being in a psychiatric ward, he is now being held in custody in the JVA Stadelheim – he could even face several years in prison.

Munich: 25-year-old stabs the head of his refugee home with a knife
The background: Aminullah K. has been living in a refugee shelter run by the Condrobs association since October 2020.
Rather inconspicuously for months, but on February 4, 2022 he is said to have specifically attacked the manager Monika P. (name changed).
According to the indictment, he visited her in her office at around 8:30 a.m. and was carrying a knife with a dark handle – he stabbed Monika B. four times in total in order to kill her.
"He came to terms with a fatal course for the sake of his goal," the public prosecutor's office accuses Aminullah K. now.
He himself did not want to comment on the alleged crime in court.
Without a word, K. is said to have hit the social worker in her office with his fists and then stabbed her in the upper body.
His stitches hit Monika P. on the upper body, on the back and on the side.
A stab even went in the middle of the sternum – only centimeters separated the director of the refugee home from life and death.
But she survived - also because she kicked Aminullah K. between the legs and he then retreated into the living area of the facility.
"The victim, who is now bleeding profusely from the outside, used this opportunity to get up and took two steps towards the person who was retreating," says the public prosecutor.
The Afghan then fled – he was later arrested in Belgium.
