Lots of creativity, lots of humor and of course one or the other local dig: There was a lot of fun again this year at the carnival parade in Langenbach.

– Little devils led the Langenbach carnival procession 2023, the “Hörgertshauser Spielmannszug” got the audience going as the first of a total of three bands: this time, the big Langenbach carnival procession meandered through the village on the Saturday before Carnival Sunday.
With no fewer than 32 wagons or foot groups, the Bacher, the Hummler and even carnival-crazy people from Hemhausen/Hoifing, from Wolfersdorf, Zolling and Inhoizn (Kirchberg) showed what good humor they can muster.
The Maisacher marching band marched along as a colorful group, the men and women really wanted to be there again, and the Moosburg City Orchestra came in colorful costumes with as many as 30 members.

Grace Kelly (Mayor Susanne Hoyer) took a seat in the first carriage, well guarded by Gary Cooper (Martin Neiger) - "High noon" sent greetings.
Then followed a firework of ideas and good mood, the tin scooter friends came partly on foot, partly with their Vespas.
The Vaschingsferein Langenbach, the organizer, showed that the foolish virus makes you immune to all other infections.
The first float that took something for a ride was that of the Langenbacher Frauenbund: "Jerusalema", a song that became known worldwide and to which everyone can dance whatever they want, was performed in a rousing manner.
Just behind them sailed the pirates of the men's choir from Langenbach.
Using a lot of "lubricant", they hijacked the one-way streets on the long creek back again.
The explosive increase in "influencing and gaming" was also caricatured - but the fools from Vaschingsferein Langenbach didn't want to take part!
And there was even a political float: The Vaschingsferein also saw freedom arrested - from the axis of evil, three flags indicated who was meant.
The Nord Stream task force of the Immergrün rifle club suspected that the expensive gas would make Mr. Biden immensely happy.
And the hikers made fun of themselves, they came to their performance with walkers.
The expensive living space in and around the village was also criticized – by those looking for housing as a dying species (sports club).

All other groups introduced themselves, Bündnis 90/Die Grünen, for example, with a bubble artist who made a great impression, or the Langenbacher girls, who let the people decide who is "great" and who is beautiful.
The "Isar Women Hummel-Gaden" - a recently founded association that emerged from the remnants of the Catholic German Women's Community - was or is new to the carnival procession and also to local society.
During the move they had "appeared again".

The guests from Wolfersdorf went on safari, the Zollingers wanted to solve the climate crisis by separating beer from glass, while the Inhoizna Bauwong roamed the Wild West.
"Tutti Frutti" was quite handsome - for a mild winter.
The scouts dealt with "bees and flowers", the numerous spectators could be satisfied.
From the "cap car" to the "underwater world" (parents' initiative clothes bazaars), the 150-year celebration of the Langenbach volunteer fire brigade to the 75-year celebration of SC Oberhummel, just about everything that moves the community was addressed.
Also the preference of the "Pfeffi-Club" or the motto of the "Forum Lgb", according to which "Hackedicht is mandatory".

Before and especially after the parade, which lasted almost two hours, everyone had the opportunity to do something to quench their thirst in the Sparkasse car park.
Langenbach Helau - it was another great event!
The fire brigade and the BRK made sure that everything ran safely and that everyone was well looked after in an emergency.
