Two residents of Tuba Zangaria, Yosef Hayev (20) and Abdel Karim Al Far (21) are accused of setting fire to a truck in Hazor HaGalilit as part of collecting extortion fees.
According to the indictment, the two set fire to the truck while using the services of their relative's garage in Hazor HaGalilit, and changing the license plates there.
Then, they arrived at a business complex for the marketing of crackers in the industrial area of Hazor HaGalilit.

The two entered the compound and set fire to the truck and fled the scene in a vehicle, but the vehicle they were traveling in bled to death and got stuck in the Kiryat Shmona area.
The two left the vehicle when another friend picked them up from the scene.
The next day they arrived with the tow truck from the garage where he works, and together they towed the broken down vehicle to the Katsrin industrial area, once again replacing the license plates with the original plates in order to hide the vehicle used for ignition.

Corporal Alex Zorbel, the investigation and intelligence officer at the Jordan station: "With the help of tracing the security cameras and other means we reached the tow truck driver and later also his partner.
This is a difficult case, when the owner of the truck that was set on fire is not cooperating with us."
