Nahuel Ezequiel Cruz (29) was looking for the cell phone of his ex-girlfriend, Gisela Erika Giménez (35).

At the time of the event, Gisela was at her home in Rafael Castillo, the same one she used to share with "Keki, from whom she was estranged a few months ago.
In June it was the first complaint, when at 11:30 p.m. he felt that someone was entering through the window of his house.
She saw him rip the phone off the charger and run away.
Gisela, who was working in the Local Prevention Police Unit (UPPL) of La Matanza, ran it to recover it.

She managed to get him to go to sleep in the bed they shared but, always according to his story, he did not want her to go to work.
At 7 in the morning the struggles and fights returned.
He threatened to steal her dog if she left, so her physical attacks began again.
Injuries and bruises on one arm were the injuries found by his colleagues from Buenos Aires at the Catán police station.
The neighbors stated that the shouting, beatings and fights were constant in the house that the couple shared.
By protocol, in response to the new complaint, the officer's regulation weapon was taken away and she was given a medical license.
For this reason, Gisela was not armed when everything escalated.
Nine days later, on Monday, February 13, his ex returned home and again wanted to check his cell phone.
The woman hid it and she refused, once again, to give it up.
She turned over the closets and rummaged through all the furniture.
Since she didn't find him, she stole money from his wallet, according to her statement.
So that she wouldn't take him away, they struggled again and Cruz bit her arm.
That was the last injury they checked.
Nahuel breached the approach restriction he had with his ex.
The fatal outcome occurred this Saturday and officer Giménez was detained for a few hours.
But the prosecutor Gastón Duplaá decided not to take "any temper" against her and then he regained his freedom.

As she resisted giving it to him, she started a new fight that ended with a stabbing.
