He then acquired the atoll with the project of building a 100% ecological hotel there.

Project carried out by businessman Richard Bailey.

The hotel, equipped with a seawater air conditioning system and renewable energy, has 36 villas, each with its own private beach and swimming pool (from €4,000 per night).

In addition to the tables at the Plaza Athénée, the Cheval Blanc St-Barth hotel, the Monsieur Dior restaurant at 30 avenue Montaigne, and the Venice Simplon-Express train, the fresh quadra therefore supports Le Bob's Bar, Le Beachcomber Café and the Les Mutinés table at Brando.

, working with producers and fishermen to highlight the products that nature offers us".

And to add:

“It is a huge honor for me to reinvent the menus of this legendary establishment.

I had the chance to be present at the opening 7 years ago and it is one of the places that inspires me the most and makes me dream.

He was inspired to design his cards from the actor's personal archives.

"Marlon himself was a man who loved good food,"

Bailey recalls.

“But he had an unwavering respect for the French people's quest for excellence in culinary matters, whether it was comfort food or haute cuisine.

We are certain that our guests will appreciate the fusion of the vision of these two pioneers.”
