The newly uploaded first sales arrangement, 148 units will be sold this Friday, including 38 one-bedroom units (open kitchen), 67 two-bedroom units (open kitchen), and 43 two-bedroom units (stem kitchen). From 268 to 497 square feet, the price list is priced from 6.301 million to 10.471 million yuan, and the price per square foot is 19,495 yuan to 25,235 yuan.
After deducting the maximum 12% discount, the discounted price is 5.545 million to 9.215 million yuan, and the discounted price per square foot is 17,158 to 22,209 yuan.
In terms of discounted price, 35 units (24%) are below NT$6 million, 94 units (64%) are below NT$8 million, and the discounted price of all units is below NT$10 million.
KOKO ROSSO has announced two price lists so far, with a total of 156 units.
KOKO ROSSO will launch 68 additional units with a discount of 5.774 million and the average price will be 5% higher than the first batch KOKO ROSSO is going to sell 156 units in the first round on Friday. Midland will launch mortgage discounts. The first batch of 88 units in KOKO ROSSO will be discounted at an average price of 17,973 yuan.
