Ten days after the dramatic accident in which three people were seriously injured, including a pregnant woman who lost her baby, the legal horizon is not clearing up for Pierre Palmade.
The comedian has been under investigation since Saturday for suspicion of possession of child pornography.

The Paris prosecutor's office opened a preliminary investigation on Saturday by the head of "
possession of child pornography images
".
It comes on the heels of a report made to the police.
The author of this report was heard on Sunday for quite a long time by investigators from the Brigade for the Protection of Minors (BPM), according to the public prosecutor.
According to BFMTV, a man “
contacted the police to indicate that he had in his possession videos and audios showing that Pierre
Palmade
had child pornography images
”.
The investigators therefore interviewed him in order to "
verify the veracity of his accusations
".
In the process, the comedian's Parisian home was searched on Sunday afternoon, according to the prosecution, which confirmed information from the
Parisian
.
The investigators could have seized in particular computer equipment in order to make an in-depth study.
They should also want to audition Pierre Palmade very soon on this file.
Accident in Seine-et-Marne: the actor indicted
On February 10, on a departmental road in Seine-et-Marne, the actor, who tested positive for cocaine, was driving a car that hit another vehicle.
In addition to the actor, the accident caused three serious injuries: a man, his son and his pregnant sister-in-law who lost her baby.
The driver and his 6-year-old son are still hospitalized in intensive care in serious condition.
On Friday, the comedian was indicted on counts of manslaughter and involuntary injuries resulting in total incapacity for work of more than three months by driver having used narcotics, all committed in a state of legal recidivism.
He "
admitted having consumed cocaine as well as synthetic drugs before driving
" but "
indicated having no precise memory of the circumstances of the accident
", indicated the prosecutor of Melun, Jean-Michel Bourles.
For now, the comedian has escaped prison and has been placed under house arrest in an addiction service at Paul-Brousse hospital in Villejuif, according to Le
Parisien
.
He was placed on an electronic bracelet.
But the prosecution has appealed this decision, a new hearing before the investigating chamber should take place in the coming days to discuss again whether or not to place him in detention.
Narcotics: the investigations entrusted to the gendarmes
This is the last part of Pierre Palmade's legal troubles: his relationship with narcotics.
The Melun prosecution has opened an investigation for possession and use of narcotics, following the confessions of the comedian and his two friends, who admitted to having taken drugs before the accident.
A search carried out at the home of Pierre Palmade, in Cély-en-Bière (Seine-et-Marne), however, did not lead to the seizure of drugs.
The investigation, entrusted to the gendarmerie, is continuing.
