The Directorate of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection in Daraa governorate organized a number of ration seizures against the owners of gas stations, private bakeries, and violating commercial activities in the governorate.
The head of the Consumer Protection Division in the Directorate, Wissam Dakhlallah, told SANA reporter today that the seizures affected the investor of Al-Youssef station in the town of Shaqra, due to selling at an extra price based on a citizen’s complaint, and the owners of Al-Zoubi stations in Daraa, Al-Ghabagbi in the eastern Karak town, and Al-Qadri in the eastern Al-Ghariya town, due to Not announcing the prices, in addition to the owners of private bakeries in the towns of Al-Sahwa, Al-Musayfra, Ghabagheb and Mothbin for violating non-compliance with working hours and producing poorly made bread.
Dakhlallah indicated that the seizures also affected a person authorized to sell rationary bread in Al-Qusour neighborhood in Daraa city, due to refusal to sell, as well as clothing, electrical and foodstuff stores in the cities of Inkhil, Izraa, and the town of Kafr Shams, due to the presentation of irregular invoices.
