A serious indictment was recently filed in the Tel Aviv District Court against Mehdi Brahma, a 34-year-old resident of the city, after he robbed a woman of cash and performed a sodomy act on her at her home.

Barhama also threatened to rob another resident and also broke into an empty house, where he stole money and valuables.

He was accused of committing sexual and property crimes. 

The indictment, submitted by attorney Yuval Koren Wiesel, indicates that Brahma arrived at the home of a woman in her 30s, who allowed the defendant to enter with the idea that they would have sexual intercourse for payment. After drinking an alcoholic beverage, he pulled out a Japanese knife and held it to the woman's body, threatening Commanding her to comply with his demands, he ordered her to give him all the money she had and took cash and three mobile phones from her. After that, Brahma performed sodomy acts on her, after which he threatened her to "be careful to open your mouth and shout when I go," while he fled the scene .

From there Brahma went to another neighborhood in the city, after one of the local residents opened the door for him, Brahma entered his apartment holding a knife and threatening "if you shout and don't do what I tell you, I will hit you."

He led the tenant to his room and took cash, mobile phones and wristwatches.

A few hours later, Brahma broke into an empty apartment and stole cash and jewelry.

In the request for arrest that was submitted at the same time, attorney Koren Wiesel stated: "In his actions, the respondent entered the homes of the complainants, closed the door behind him, and in fact made them captives inside their home, without the ability to resist, all to satisfy his desires and to steal property and money from them." .
