Non-stop shooting:
A 50-year-old man was moderately injured this morning (Tuesday) in a shooting incident in Arara in the Negev.
According to the documentation, three masked men were hiding in the alleys of the street during the shooting incident.
As I recall, the head of the Ramat Negev Regional Council Eran Doron explained to Israel Hayom about the principles of governance in the Negev: "I think that enforcement is definitely the main thing that we should invest in, in terms of the presence of police, prosecutors and the courts - everything is true, and there are no shortcuts. But even if We will catch all the criminals, and we will do the best job there is - there are 300 thousand Bedouin, what do we do with them?"
Doron explains that the most important thing is long-term thinking: "The state needs to be smart and creative. Beyond enforcement, the state's ability to turn them from lawbreakers into law-abiding ones needs to be significantly strengthened, that is - employment, community, education and infrastructure. This is not a war between Jews and Arabs - This is a war between law-abiding and law-breaking."
