Luis Gonzales Posada, former president of the Peruvian Congress and former foreign minister of the Andean country, maintains that the government of Dina Boluarte is under concerted attack by at least eight countries and several international organizations.
In Gonzales Posada's opinion, the so-called "21st century socialism" operates as a bloc to defend or attack and is now exercising its power against the Peruvian president.
