This person provided the police with video material which would prove his statements.
These videos are being used by investigators.
A hearing of Pierre Palmade could be considered depending on the information collected, we are told.
According to our colleagues from BFMTV, the individual would be a man who would gravitate in the middle of the night.
He would have shared several evenings with the actor prosecuted for manslaughter.

Saturday, an investigation for possession of child pornography images was opened by the Paris prosecutor's office following a first report.
Its author, heard Sunday by the BPM, claims to have videos and audios which would prove that Pierre Palmade would hold this type of images.
Judicial and media storm
Pierre Palmade has unleashed a legal and media storm since the car he was driving, after consuming cocaine and synthetic drugs, collided on February 10 with a vehicle arriving opposite on a departmental road in Seine-et-Marne .
The collision left three seriously injured in the same family: a man, his 6-year-old son and his pregnant sister-in-law, who lost her baby.
The latter was released from the hospital where she was being treated on Tuesday,

Indicted for "
manslaughter
", the actor escaped, at least temporarily, from prison, seeing himself assigned to the addiction service of a hospital under an electronic bracelet.
The Melun prosecution, which had requested his placement in pre-trial detention, appealed on this point.
A hearing will be held Friday at the Paris Court of Appeal.
