140 kilos of drugs were seized Friday evening during the interception of a "go fast" of two vehicles near Nice, on the highway, the national police announced on Twitter this Wednesday, February 22.
These cars, coming from Spain, were stopped by the judicial police of Nice, supported by colleagues from Montpellier and Marseille.
Searches were also carried out in Cagnes-sur-Mer and Nice, as part of this interception, report our colleagues from France 3.

Two million euros worth of cocaine
In detail, the police, supported by the RAID, discovered 30 kilos of cocaine, 60 kilos of ecstasy and 50 kilos of cannabis.
28,840 euros in cash were also found, as well as weapons.
The network had been under investigation for several months.
Eight people were charged and remanded in custody.
According to Nice-Matin, the cocaine seized would represent more than two million euros.
