In cooperation with Dan Real Estate from the "Dan - Public Transportation" group
The "Dan Public Transportation" group is one of the pillars of the Israeli society and economy since it was established as the "Dan" cooperative.
The cooperative operated public transportation throughout Gush Dan in the early days of the state, and over the years the company expanded into other areas of activity, such as investments in strategic assets, profitable and residential real estate, energy, infrastructure, imports, high-tech, etc. In the spirit of "Dan's" vision and its values, which are based on pioneering and primacy, partnership and reciprocity and building the resilience of Israeli society, Dan Real Estate was established about a decade ago - the real estate arm of the group engaged in real estate entrepreneurship, both residential and profitable projects, for the purpose of commerce and offices.
Dan Real Estate has a dedicated division that promotes large-scale and significant urban renewal projects, which together include approximately 6,500 housing units, all in the areas of demand - in the cities of Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Netanya, Holon, Lod, Bat Yam, and Hadera. In Jerusalem only, Dan Real promotes About 2,600 units in ten complexes throughout the city. Over the past few months, the company has won tenders for the construction of about a thousand housing units in the neighborhoods of Pisgat Ze'ev, Armon HaNaziv and Talfiot.

The second - innovation and quality in planning and execution that characterizes the company's work over the years;
The third - seniority and experience alongside the highest financial strength among the companies operating in the real estate market and in urban renewal in particular; and the fourth value, and the most important of all - continuing to build the resilience of Israeli society and doing social justice through the demolition, rebuilding and protection of buildings that are no longer fit for habitation and are resistant to the dangers of Earthquakes or security incidents.
"The understanding that we are creating together a project that is both profitable and contributes to society by changing the reality for those residents, in terms of their quality of life and personal security, is what motivates us in our current actions and the constant search for additional projects. In this way, we also contribute to increasing the supply in the housing market and stabilizing price levels
. "
for the strengthening of the community
In the past year alone, the company approved about 2,000 housing units in a number of complexes that are about to be launched in the coming year.
Among other things, the company's most significant project was approved as part of a construction evacuation in Hadera, where Dan Real Estate in partnership with the Rothstein Company and the Farkash Group is leading a large-scale project to build 1,452 housing units.
The project will be built in the Sela-Bitar complex between the entrance to the city and its center, near the train station and will include 1,452 housing units, more than 11,000 square meters of public institutions, about 7 dunams of open public space, 14 towers of up to 40 floors.
The plan was recently approved and its construction is expected to start in 2024.
Attorney Gilad Doron: "For us, this is a significant project that manifests the values of urban renewal in practice as a project that changes reality, both at the level of the appearance of the neighborhood, the well-being of its older residents, and in general for the city of Hadera, thanks to the commercial and employment areas it includes.
"This is a project that will attract a new and high-quality population to the area and strengthen the existing community at the same time as improving its quality of life."
