Today (Wednesday) the prosecutor's office filed an indictment with the District Juvenile Court against the 13-year-old terrorist who carried out the shooting attack in the City of David in Jerusalem about three weeks ago, in which a father and his officer son were seriously injured.
The father has since recovered, but the officer is still seriously injured.
According to the indictment, filed through attorney Shahar Malol, the 13-year-old terrorist, a resident of East Jerusalem, decided to carry out a murderous terrorist attack against Jews and for that he watched videos and learned how to operate a gun and shoot.
About three weeks ago, he took a weapon and two cartridges that his brother had left in a black bag in a trash can in the house's storage and drove to the City of David area, trying to locate Jewish pedestrians in order to carry out an attack.
When he arrived in the city of David, he noticed the father and his son, the officer, who were wearing a Jewish appearance, pulled out the gun and started shooting.
Despite his injury, the officer named Nadav managed to shoot at the terrorist and neutralize him.
The indictment charges the defendant with the commission of a terrorist act of attempted murder, acting or dealing in weapons for terrorist purposes and carrying and transporting weapons and weapon accessories.
Last week there was an improvement in the condition of the 22-year-old officer.
He opened his eyes and shook his head to answer his family's questions.
