And Russia Today website quoted Medvedev as saying in a post on his official channel on Telegram: “Yesterday there was a speech by Russian President Vladimir Putin before the Federal Assembly, in which he stated, among other things, the suspension of our participation in the (Start 3) treaty, which is a long-awaited decision that the war pushed towards. announced by the United States and (NATO) countries against our country, a decision that will have a great resonance in the world in general and in the United States in particular.
And Medvedev indicated that after all, he was the mouthpiece of the American ruling establishment until now, saying: They will harm Russia everywhere and in everything, and they will supply the Kiev regime with huge amounts of weapons, and they will work to defeat, restrict and destroy Russia, adding: “This American conclusion It is the worst crime, a colossal mistake of Americans, a mistake born of their paranoia and their sense of superiority and the permanent ability to get away with it.”
Medvedev continued, "We will also monitor the reaction of other nuclear powers from NATO members, such as France and Britain. Their strategic nuclear forces were not usually included in the balance of warheads and nuclear carriers when preparing agreements between the United States and the Soviet Union, but the time has come to do so."
Medvedev considered that the phrase that US President Joe Biden said in Warsaw that if Russia stops its invasion, everything will end now, but if the Ukrainians stop defending themselves, this will be the end of Ukraine, “representing a repeated lie.” The truth is completely different, which is that if the United States stopped Supply weapons to the Kiev regime, the war will end now.
