An employee of a nursery in Bar-le-Duc is in police custody following the discovery of child pornography images on his family computer, we learned on Wednesday from the prosecution.
The agent was the subject of a professional integration contract in this establishment where he had worked for several months, the public prosecutor of Bar-le-Duc, Sofian Saboulard, told AFP.
80 child pornography photos
Following an anonymous denunciation to the departmental council of the Meuse, the prosecution entrusted the investigation to the national gendarmerie, which searched the home of the employee in question.

On a family computer were found just under 80 child pornography photos
,” said Sofian Saboulard.
“
At this stage, the respondent is presumed innocent.
He disputes the ownership of these photos.
The investigation will therefore have to determine who took these photos, who held them and who uses this computer
, ”added the prosecutor.
Sofian Saboulard clarified that these photos had obviously been deleted and that the investigators were unable at this stage to determine "
when this deletion took place

The Elisa crèche, which welcomes around fifty children aged two and a half months to five years, was closed at the end of last week, officially following an epidemic of gastroenteritis.

When we launched judicial investigations, obviously the person in question was informed (…) of the suspicions and recriminations of his colleagues.

Sofian Saboulard said he asked that another prosecutor's office, in this case that of Épinal, be seized of the case, "
quite simply because it is a crèche which is in the center of Bar-le -Duc and that there are children of police, administrative and judicial personnel who are in this crèche
