On Wednesday afternoon, the M6 and Studio 89 teams presented the new season of
“Married at First Sight”
to the press .
Only a few seconds of the pre-credits of this seventh edition have been shown to illustrate the novelties of the program launched in 2016. The first concerns the team of experts in charge of analyzing the compatibility tests, forming the couples with the greatest potential and accompany them throughout their adventure.
Present since the beginning,
Pascal de Sutter
chose to retire to devote himself to his professional activities in Belgium.
Estelle Dossin
worked in duo with

, a couple therapist and sexologist.

In total, seven new couples were formed by this pair of specialists among the 25,000 applications studied by the production.
The fourteen singles concerned have been invited to travel to Gibraltar, in the south of Spain, to meet their better half on their wedding day.
For the first time, “Married at First Sight” formed a homosexual couple between two men estimated to be 79% compatible.
Léa and Emanuel, Maurine and Benjamin, Estelle and Maximilien or even Jessica and Pascal will be part of the other unions in season 7.

Producer Karen Aboab promises new situations and requests in the different stories of "Married at first sight" that M6 will soon unveil.
Finally, on 6Play, the new program
"Married at first sight, the life after"
will offer to follow the daily life of former participants like Pauline and Damien as well as Alicia and Bruno, married during season 6. Cécile and her daughter Anissa (season 5) just like Delphine (season 4) will also take part in this show.
