In the video: the testimony of the accountant Zev Feldman, who also served as a business manager for Milchan and Packer (Walla system!)
Today (Wednesday), the prosecutor's office filed a request to allow businessman Arnon Milchan to testify at Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's trial via video call.
This, among other things, in view of his refusal to come to Israel for medical reasons.
At the end of last year, a number of senior officials at the State Attorney's Office went to London, Milchan's current seat, to give him a refresher before he testifies in the trial.
As written in the request, "in view of the potential contribution of Milchan's testimony to the clarification of the truth and the determination of factual findings, Milchan's refusal to come to Israel for the purpose of giving testimony and his agreement to testify in visual conferencing, and the existence of technological means that will allow the honorable court and the litigants to view the testimony and pose questions to the witness, And for the defendants to be in contact with their counsel and through them to present questions to the witness - the honorable court is requested to approve the collection of Milchan's testimony by way of a visual committee."
The prosecution asked to allow the businessman to testify via video call.

Milchan is a key witness in case 1000, and according to the indictment filed following the affair, also known as the "gift affair", he financed the supply line of champagne and cigars for Netanyahu and his wife Sarah.
The request is expected to be opposed by Netanyahu's defense attorney, Amit Haddad, due to the fact that Attorney Baez Ben Zur, Netanyahu's second defense attorney, represented Milchan in this case at the beginning of the police investigations. If the request is accepted, Milchan's testimony will be valid in June.
