What is the definition of a work accident?
Section 79 of the National Insurance Law explains what occupational accidents are and what the definition is in the law.

"Sometimes there are cases when we deviate from our normal way to work, if for example I was shopping on the way to work. What should I do if I was involved in a work accident?
The first thing to do is get medical attention.
Attorney Bluygrund explains: "When approaching to receive medical treatment, whether it is the EMS that arrived at the scene or the hospital we arrived at, it is important to state the facts, what exactly happened in the accident. Who should I report the accident to?

There are few cases where employers refuse to sign for various reasons.

"In these situations, I recommend attaching the payslips to the lawsuit," argues attorney Loygrund. "An attorney handling the case will state in the application to the National Insurance that the employer, for one reason or another, refused to sign and in this case the National Insurance will contact the employer directly."
If I was recognized as injured in a work accident, how do I know how much money I am entitled to?
A claim in the National Insurance is divided into two parts.
The first part - a claim for recognition, and after the accident is recognized as a work accident, the second step is to go to be examined by a medical committee that will determine the damage caused to us, whether it is short-term damage or permanent damage, caused as a result of the accident.
How do you prepare for the medical board?
