After stating many times on many occasions that she was not satisfied with the first cosmetic procedure she underwent at the age of 26, Ella Aybinder flew to Turkey last December to undergo a second surgery on her nose, for the purpose of correcting and improving her appearance.
Last night (Tuesday) she held a question and answer session with her 141,000 followers on Instagram, during which she spoke with her characteristic honesty about her dissatisfaction so far with the intermediate results of the surgery in question.

"So far, are you satisfied with the nose correction surgery?" Ella was asked.
"I don't know what to answer," she wrote at the beginning of her words.
"It looks like a stamp to me like the previous nose, only shorter," she added.
"They tell me to wait patiently, because it's the swelling, but I'm already starting to get annoyed, and just try not to think about it or take it," she shared her feelings.
"If the situation does not improve in six months, I will be very, very nervous," she clarified.
Another question asked Ayvinder wanted to know what kind of mother she will be in the future.
"Do you think you will be a good mother?", we were intrigued.
"I don't think I'll be a mother," Ayvinder answered.
In a perhaps direct follow-up to the previous question, Ayvinder was also asked about her love life.
"Would you date someone who is not a celeb?", they challenged.
"I don't want to date a celebrity. I hate exposure, and if I have a partner I don't want them to know about it at all."
"How to deal with depression?" asked one of the surfers for advice.
"Exercise helps me a lot, at least I'm in a good mood afterwards. If it's deep depression, and not just a sad mood, I need to see a psychologist," she instructed.
"I also take ciprolax. I want to stop, but when I stop I have terrible migraines," she explained.
