"I had perhaps the craziest anxiety attack I've had recently," said Ben Ari.
"I saw my ex on a dating app and my heart dropped," she shared.
"I walked around the house and shouted 'Mom, Mom' because I saw blackness. I felt like I had no ground, no oxygen, I started sweating," she repeated.
"My hands froze like ice, and my face burned. And I cry and cry and cry about how we actually got here," she continued to describe the moments of terror that gripped her.
"I never imagined that I would feel this way, while I was flirting with men, and suddenly he appeared. The man I loved so much, the one who was my best friend, my other half," she said.
