The owner: Stephanie Le Quellec

The winner of season 2 is a showcase for the show, with her two stars hung just a few months after the opening of her home at the end of 2019. Which works with double relaxation: bistro on the ground floor and dining room. An ocean liner-like setting in the basement, where she deploys her technical and gourmet interpretation of the classical French repertoire, inspired by Breton and Provençal, like her red mullet “cooked with fear” and bouillabaisse juices.

The young quadra also turns out to be a talented business manager since she launched, with her family, the delicatessen and pastry shop MAM (17th), and very recently, the Vive marine table (17th).
