(ANSA) - CASERTA, FEBRUARY 23 - The initiative that the Antica pizzeria Da Michele in the world and the Logos FormAzione Association have launched in Aversa (Caserta) through their own pizza maker course is called "Mi forma con te".
Starting from yesterday Wednesday 22 February, every two weeks, the young students of the course for pizza makers will bake pizzas which will be donated to the families identified by UnicefComitato Campania, in collaboration with the Casa della Vita voluntary association and the Santa Maria La Nova parish in Aversa.
With this initiative, the students of the course really put themselves to the test and the training places itself at the service of the territory, in a continuous exchange.
Hence the title "Mi formocon te" which includes a series of appointments, with the collaboration of the Unicef Campania Committee, in which the students of the free course offered by Michele in the world and the Logos formAzione Association, ideally confront families and children, the most demanding subjects.
The pizzas donated are those of tradition.
The apparently simple marinara is the real test of the pizza maker.
The margherita is the double mozzarella, typical of the tradition of the AnticaPizzeria Da Michele a Forcella.
The appointment will become a regular moment, an integral part of all future courses,
to make the students understand the value of the gift and of the constant comparison with the territory, with a view to human, even before professional, improvement.
