An American observatory reported that a 7.3-magnitude earthquake struck eastern Tajikistan, and the US Geological Survey said: “A 7.3-magnitude earthquake struck eastern Tajikistan today, Thursday.
The quake occurred at a depth of about 20.5 kilometers near the border with the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in northwest China, according to the China Earthquake Monitoring Center.
