Actor Alec Baldwin pleaded not guilty to manslaughter charges related to the Rust case Thursday, according to a court document that marks his first court appearance.
Baldwin was released on parole as long as he did not possess a weapon, refrain from drinking alcohol and did not speak to other witnesses to the shooting, according to court documents.

He was originally expected to appear in court on Friday, but it is no longer necessary because he waived his first appearance.
Gunsmith Hannah Gutierrez Reed is still expected to appear in court on Friday.
