An indictment was filed today (Thursday) against Barkhat Abu Essa, 22 years old from Tel Sheva, for the rape of the woman in her apartment at the beginning of the month.
He was charged with aggravated rape, child abuse and burglary.

About two weeks ago, the police began to investigate the case, which happened on Friday at the beginning of the month.
According to the assessment, the raped woman's three children, under the age of six, were present in the house at the time of the act.
The police have a video of the suspect arriving at the building to carry out his plot.
A preliminary examination of the case revealed that the woman was sleeping in her home, where her three children were also sleeping.
She woke up to a noise, then discovered the burglar inside the house, who attacked and raped her.
She then called the police.
In an interview with N12 last week, the woman recounted the moments of horror, "I bit him, dragged couches and tried to confront him until I got to the point where he told me: 'If you don't keep quiet, I will kill you.' My fear was that he would kill my children and me - so I surrendered ", she said.
