A 60-year-old nanny from the south was arrested on suspicion of abusing the toddlers she cared for at a daycare center in the city.
This, at the end of an undercover investigation that was conducted against her, in which findings that supported the suspicions emerged.
At the end of her investigation, the suspect was released to house arrest under restrictive conditions.

Earlier today, the district court in Lod sentenced four "Tully's Nursery" helpers in Ramla, who were convicted of 28 charges of abusing 25 toddlers.
They were sentenced to between five and three and a half years in prison.
Many parents came to the courtroom shouting and cursing the facts, some of them even chased them and the security guards had to separate them.
Judge Kobo also claimed in the sentencing that "once again we are exposed to harming toddlers between the ages of three months and three years. The defendants were convicted of abuse and a long series of acts of violence. The defendants pleaded guilty in an amended charge settlement. The accuser asked for 7 years in prison for each helper and the defense asked for less. Saad threw a dirty diaper and wipes at the toddler, laughed and hit him with a slipper, threw a basket at the toddler and slapped him hard in the face.
