For Stanislas Guerini, there is no subject.
Invited on Wednesday on Europe 1, the Minister in charge of the Civil Service spoke about the compliance with the Constitution of the pension reform project.
According to him, the government would be “
confident
” on the fact that “
all the measures which appear in the text of the law have their place in this text
”.
However, it is not excluded that there is “
a constitutional debate on such and such a measure
”.
As for example on article 2 concerning the senior index, for which Les Républicains quickly expressed doubts, before finally voting against in the National Assembly.
“
It will always be possible to take them up in a following text
”, nevertheless relativizes Stanislas Guerini.

Assured him that "
for the clarity of the parliamentary debate
", it "
is better to have a text of a block on all the measures which concern the reform of the pensions, to present it thus to the Parliament
", even if some aspects are challenged afterwards.
“
It is simply a very legal debate, basically, to know if it is in this text of law or another
”, again swept the former boss of LREM.
According to several media, including AFP, a confidential note written by the Council of State reported certain questions.
The court would have even suggested to the government to withdraw certain measures, following the example, again, of that relating to the senior index.
