The district later added that the "black and white" document mentioned in Zhao's message refers to the summary sent to the participants after the primary election coordination meeting.
The prosecution revealed earlier that the statement titled "Mo Luo Wugui" was drafted by the defendant Zou Jiacheng, Liang Huangwei and Zhang Kesen who pleaded guilty. Nine East establishes secretariat to push for primary elections
