The district later added that the "black and white" document mentioned in Zhao's message refers to the summary sent to the participants after the primary election coordination meeting.
The prosecution revealed earlier that the statement titled "Mo Luo Wugui" was drafted by the defendant Zou Jiacheng, Liang Huangwei and Zhang Kesen who pleaded guilty, and it stated that "regardless of the legal consequences" they still had to achieve the purpose of the primary election. There are two important points, including: if the support falls below the range of expected seats in each district, the election project must be stopped; the statement also emphasizes that the parliament is by no means the end of the struggle, and calls on Hong Kong people to refuse to support candidates whose will to fight is erratic.
Nine East establishes secretariat to push for primary elections
Au also said that Kowloon East has set up a secretariat to promote the primary election, but he said he has no impression of whether the members of the secretariat have primary election organizers.
