Rafael Di Zeo
, one of the bosses of the
Boca
brava bar , was acquitted this Thursday by the Criminal and Correctional Oral Court (TOC) 13 in the framework of the trial for the murder of
Marcelo Carnevale
(33) and
Ángel Díaz
( 44), two fans of the La Ribera club who were shot to death in the vicinity of the San Lorenzo stadium in July 2013.
Christian De Vaux
and
Walter Coronel
, two other members of La 12 who were being investigated, were also acquitted.
Prosecutor
Aldo de la Fuente
had requested four years in prison for Di Zeo and three years for De Vaux and Coronel, after accusing them of the crime of
"instigating the formation of groups intended to commit crimes within the framework of a sporting event"
.
Two weeks ago, Di Zeo had been dismissed in the other cause for which he had been investigated in recent months.
It was for
"aggravated concealment"
for having allegedly facilitated the escape of Maximiliano Oetinger, then three in the chain of command of the tribune, that he was wanted for kidnapping for extortion.
Ten other bars were also listed in that trial, including the other head of the xeneize bar, Mauro Martín, who were also exonerated.
In this way, Di Zeo no longer has pending cases with the courts and once he is removed from the list of admission rights, he will be able to return to the stands of La Bombonera.
