Woman discovers hidden basement with creepy finds (Madhats19/Reddit)
A girl who moved to a new house could not believe her eyes when she wanted to replace the carpet in the house with a new carpet.
She removed the tattered carpet and suddenly discovered (instead of a floor) an opening to a secret cellar that she had absolutely no idea existed.
She went down the stairs into the basement to see what was in there of course and was surprised to find jars full of liquid inside.
She was curious to know what was in the jars but did not want to open them for fear that this liquid had been there for a long time.
But there was not only liquid, they contained all kinds of strange things, some of which look like extremely ancient foods/vegetables.
It started at the door
My friend decided to replace her old carpet and she found a cellar door and a cool surprise
which led to the stairs

In a post she uploaded to "Reddit" she shared her discovery and received varied responses.
"The best thing to do in a situation like this is to leave the old carpet and forget about what happened," wrote one commenter and another wrote: "It's cool, but my first thought was about spiders everywhere."
One also joked and wrote to her: "There is a 30 percent chance that there is a corpse there and a 70 percent chance that there is a ghost there."
